As we prepare for the upcoming school year, we ask all parents and guardians to complete the required annual enrollment forms for each student. These forms are now available through PowerSchool.

Please take a few moments to log in and complete the forms.

Once you login, follow the steps below:

• Parents log on at weber.powerschool.com/public

• Scroll down and click on “Forms” at the bottom of the left-hand menu

• Complete the “Annual Enrollment Forms” A through E for each child
