Action Required: Reapply Annually
To begin or continue receiving free or reduced-price meal benefits for your children, you must reapply each year. Benefits begin the day your application is received.
Online Application
○ Weber School District should appear as the district for the meal application.
○ Ensure the total household members match the number of student and household members individually listed.
○ The person completing and signing the application must also be listed under household members.
Paper Application
○ Submit completed paper applications to your child's school, or email to cnp@wsd.net, or fax to 801-476-7952.
Please note: The processing time for an application can be up to 10 days after receipt. You will receive an email or letter about your current benefit once the application is processed.
