Dear Parents & Guardians,
The safety of your children is always our greatest concern. Over the past several years, our school has implemented multiple measures to strengthen building security. One of these measures includes a secure, single-point entry designed to help us closely monitor who enters the school.
While many of you are familiar faces, there are also individuals we may not know who come to our campus. To further enhance security, we will now require all visitors to show identification before entering the building. This step helps ensure that only authorized individuals are allowed inside.
Even when we recognize someone, identification will still be required. Circumstances can change, and there are times when custodial arrangements, court orders, emergency contact lists, trespass notices, or protective orders may affect who is permitted on school grounds. Verifying identification allows us to confirm each visitor’s status, ensures students are only released to authorized individuals, and helps us maintain accurate records of who is in the building in the event of an emergency. Most importantly, it helps us to better protect your children.
We recognize this change may cause some inconvenience, but we believe accountability and student safety must always come first. We appreciate your patience and kindness toward our office staff as we implement this important security measure. Thank you for your understanding and continued support as we work together to keep our school safe.
THANK YOU ~ ADMIN & OFFICE STAFF

Knights,
As many of you are aware, the floor on our big gym has sustained some water damage that has caused part of the floor to warp. We have been working with the district maintenance department to identify and fix the problem.
Beginning tomorrow, crews will begin digging up the sidewalk and foundation outside and behind (east facing side of) the large gym. Heavy equipment has already been moved onto our campus in preparation for this project.
We do not anticipate that we will continue to use the large gym for PE classes, sports activities and other events through the end of the school year. Our expectation is that any repairs, including replacement of all or part of our gym floor, will happen during the summer months. If there are any changes to that timeline, we will be sure to communicate that to all.
STUDENTS, STAFF AND COMMUNITY MEMBERS - PLEASE AVOID THE EXTERIOR AREA BEHIND THE LARGE GYM DURING THIS TIME. THANK YOU FOR HELPING US MAINTAIN A SAFE CAMPUS!
