Each month, teachers chooses two students from their class for the Student of the Month award.

One student is chosen in the academic area such as math, reading, or writing. 

One student is chosen in the citizenship area of our BRAVE Bulldog guidelines: Behavior, Respect, Attitude, Voice level, and Effort.

Families of the the awarded students are encouraged to come to the ceremony at which they receive the award from their teacher along with the other awardees. Parents will be notified by the teacher about this award prior to the ceremony so they can plan on attending.
