Three Weber High Seniors had an idea: to provide an opportunity for 7th-grade girls to learn from successful women in a variety of career fields.
The Women of the Workplace (WOW) conference was held at Weber State University, hosting over 900 7th-grade girls from all over the Weber School District.
Keynote speakers Gina Butters, Superintendent of Weber School District, and Kristi Pack, founder of Tax Pack, shared messages of opportunity and the importance of today's decisions.
Supported by Career and Technical Education, Warrior Business Academy, CCA teachers, and the amazing women who shared their stories and empowered our 7th-grade girls.
