If you’re strolling down Washington Blvd or 25th Street this spring, take a close look at those beautiful hanging baskets—they were made by our very own Roy High Royals!
Roy High’s Floriculture & Greenhouse class teamed up with the experts at Plant and Grow Nursery for an incredible hands-on experience. Our students learned the professional techniques behind designing and building industry-level arrangements, and they didn't just practice—they built all 140 baskets for Ogden City!
